He is survived by: his wife Judy Kelly Tadlock of Jena; his children, Howard L. "Tad" Tadlock, Jr. (Lana), Michael Tadlock and Aletha Marler; and his stepson Jason Gresham (Tammara). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren, along with many other relatives and friends.
