He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Elizabeth Pinkston Poole; his parents, Vernon Poole and Willie Lee Thomas Poole; and his siblings, Mary Virginia Coon and Rinard Poole.
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Poole Robertson (Kenny); and his grandchildren, Brandon Robertson (Rosanne), Ryan Robertson (Shelby) and Delainey Mayo (Ryan).
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home (1947 S 2nd St, Jena, LA 71342). A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Belah Cemetery.
