She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucy Hanks and Adolf Hanks; her brother Curtis Hanks; and her grandson David Babineaux. She is survived by: her husband Jim Babineaux; her sons, Tony Babineaux (Brandy Babineaux), Ken Babineaux (Sandi Haydel) and Brandon Babineaux (La Tonja Franklin); her extended family Kristi Babineaux; her grandchildren, Brock, Jordan, Tristan, Collin Babineaux, Ryan Courville, Kain Babineaux, Katie Babineaux Rudd, Joshua Rudd Husband, Peyton, Bryson Babineaux and Kamiron Chaisson; her great grandchildren, Annie, Allison, Ellie, Penny, Sawyer, Hazel and Austin Babineaux; and her great great grandchild Koen Chaisson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Miguez Funeral Home (114 E Shankland Ave, Jennings, LA 70546). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (5505 Pine Island Hwy, Jennings, LA 70546). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at the Doucet Cemetery Doucet Cemetery.
