He was predeceased by: his former wife Julie Brunt White; his parents, Louis Joseph White and Annie Spalding Fowler White; and his niece Catherine Elizabeth Cox. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Arnaudet White; his sister Mary Ann White Cox; his children, Stephen Louis White (Lila Kane White), Constance White Humble (Randall Brian Humble), Kathleen White LeJeune (Roderick Jules LeJeune), Christopher Michael White (Tammy Manuel White) and Jacob William "Jake" White III (Melanie Bousegard White); his grandchildren, Hannah LeJeune Gettys, Jonathan Blake Humble, Meagan White Patin, Tierney LeJeune Aguillard and Stewart Wynn Humble; his niece Colleen Cox Estes (Stephen Clayton Estes); and his nephew Jack Duncan Cox, Jr.. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Miguez Funeral Home (114 E Shankland Ave, Jennings, LA 70546). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
