It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daphne Bordelon Berken (Jennings, Louisiana), who passed away on August 19, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Alcide Bordelon; her grandmother Melanie Boutte Berken; her brother Peter Bordelon; her sister-in-law Gayle Bordelon; Melanie Boutte Berken.
She is survived by: her mother Bernadine Roy Bordelon; her husband Stephen Berken; her daughter Tiffany Wyatt (Rhett); her grandchildren, Amélie, River, Jacob Clark and Sarah Werner (Scott); her great grandchildren, Sadie and Shane; her grandson Clark Young (Jay); her stepson Jason Berken (Kayla); her stepgrandchildren, Stephen Ryan (Maylee), Andrew (Cecilia), Melanie, Kathryne, Gianna, Faith, Joey Berken (Rebecca) and Kerri Berken Chiasson (Ryan); her siblings, Skip Bordelon (Hazel), Kim Chapman (Danny), Gail Schlesinger (Lynn), Greg Bordelon (late Gayle) and Wendy Hoag (Jody); her brother-in-law Stephen; Miriam, Kennedi, Elizabeth, Lucas and Emily. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites memorial gifts to be made to the Our Saviors Church Building Fund for the upcoming Lake Arthur campus.
