He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert J. Sittig and Mary Lacomb Sittig; his wife Rita Myers Sittig; and his siblings, Rosa Belle, Lillie Vern, Esther Mae and Alvin "Sonny" Sittig.

He is survived by : his children, Roxanne Sittig Moore (Bill) of Houston, TX, Mary Sittig Prestenbach (Kevin) of Hathaway and Douglas Todd Sittig (Dana) of Edmond, OK; his sister Dorothy Sittig Roussell of Broussard; his grandchildren, Grayson Moore, Kyler Sittig (Courtney), Chaylee and Payton Beard; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Dawson Sittig.
