He is survived by: his wife Doris Chaisson; his children, Harry Chaisson (Cassie), Brock Chaisson (Kaitlyn), Kassi Parsley and Blake Chaisson; his grandchildren, Alexis Sanchez, Brandon Martin, Victoria Skeens, Kaylyn Henry, Audrey Chaisson, Sophie Chaisson, Aidan Chaisson, Andrew Chaisson, Keegan Parsley, Kane Parsley, Jerrett Parsley and Kara Parsley; his siblings, Patsy Caswell and Bobby Chaisson; and his nephew Chad Comeaux.

A burial was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Southwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery (1620 Evangeline Hwy, Jennings, LA 70546).
