He is survived by: his wife Alice Perez; his children, John Perez and Melissa Perez; his siblings, Charles Perez, Matthew Perez, Mark Perez, Angela Thibodeaux, Mercedes Perez, Jackie Perez and Susie Hayes; and his grandchildren, Donovan Lemaire, Chrisitan Istre, Grant Perez, Garrette Perez and Gage Perez.
