She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy Tipton Langan and Theodore "Ted" Langan; her daughter Lisa Newman; and her brothers, Peter Langan and Theodore Langan Jr..
She is survived by: her son Jonathan Newman; and her siblings, Lessie Langan, Marilyn Langan Weed, Kelly Langan McKeel and Laura Langan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
