We are sad to announce that, on February 20, 2026, at the age of 105, Louise Maxine McClelland (Jennings, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Louise is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Louise's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Samrow and Viola Nunez Samrow; her husband Arvid A McClelland (Mac); and her brothers, Steve, Stanley, Sidney, Perry (Buddy), Earl and Tony Samrow. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and many great- and great-great- nieces and nephews.
