He is survived by: his wife Billie Franklin Boudoin; his daughters, Melissa Shoop (Jeff Shoop) of Fulshear, TX and Mary Ann Goyer (John Goyer) of Greer, SC; his sister Carolyn Bertrand of Lake Arthur, LA; and his grandchildren, Beau and Michelle Goyer.
