She was predeceased by: her son James E. Lewis; and her husband Edward E. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, John E. Lewis (Angie) and Bernadette Lewis Murphy; her grandchildren, Rick Murphy, Curran Lewis, Timothy Lewis and Mitzie Murphy Vincent; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Bertrand Lewis; and her niece Jeanette Legros Guidry. She is also survived by five great grandsons; one special great granddaughter.
