He is survived by: his mother Jean D. Regan of Crowley, LA.; his wife Claudia Regan; his children, Meagan Regan, Timothy Neal Regan (Daniela Regan) and Joshua Regan (Ellie Regan); his stepson Leonardo Freitas; his brother Myles Regan; his cousin Lonnie Regan; and his grandchildren, Weston Frank, Annaliese Frank, Remi Frank, Emery Regan, Vivian Regan, Jackson Regan and Eloise Regan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Matthews Funeral Home - Jennings (511 N Cutting Ave, Jennings, LA 70546). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (515 Bryan St, Jennings, LA 70546).
