She is survived by: her brothers, Alvin Ashley, George Ashley (Jerry), Woody Ashley (Lynn), Pat Ashley (Brittany) and Chris Ashley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Chapel of Southern-Edmonds Funeral Home (228 Allen Ave, Jonesboro, LA 71251). A burial was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sanders Chapel Cemetery.
