He is survived by: his wife Jamie Brown Garner of Jonesboro; his children, Roxie Turner (Joshua), Ricky Joe Garner, Jr. and David Brown; and his sister Wanda McDaniel. He is also survived by five grandchildren; along with numerous extended family members and friends.
