He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Milton G. Mize, LaFaye G. Mize of Jonesboro, Louisiana, Theodore J. Lavergne and Elma S. Lavergne of Ponchatoula, Louisiana; and his uncles, Lowell Mize and Leslie Mize.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alexis Kittner, Gabrielle Mize and Victoria Mize; his parents, Rodney L. Mize of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Roxanna L. Mize of Lake Charles, Louisiana; his sisters, Michelle M. Schradle (Jeff) of Moore and Renee M. Thomas (Chance) of Maurice, Louisiana; his nephews, Sean Hanus (Krysta) and Gavin Thomas; his niece Sydney Thomas; his uncle Theodore J. Lavergne III (Bonnie) of Ponchatoula, Louisiana; and the mother of his children Amber M. Wise (Michael) of Richmond Hill, Georgia. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews and several cousins.
