He was predeceased by: his wife Susie Triplett (Kim); his parents, Lester Everett Triplett and Ruth Triplett (Decker); his sister Greta Thompson; and his nephew Samuel "Buster" Roby.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Triplett West and Tommy Wayne Triplett; his grandchildren, Cali Winkler (Devin) and Alexander West; his great grandchild Peyton Winkler; his sister Sue Roby Saragusa (Triplett); and his sibling's children, Susan Roby, Tracey Roby, Janet Smith, Sheilah Nugent (Thompson), HanSun Lee, HanSul Lee, HiSook Lee and Paul Kim. He is also survived by other nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Southern-Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel (228 Allen Ave, Jonesboro, LA 71251). The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Southern-Edmonds Funeral Home (228 Allen Ave, Jonesboro, LA 71251).
It was not uncommon for Wayne to find used computers, repair them, and donate them to students who needed one.
