He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Anita Boothe; his daughters, Dana Wiley (Mitchel), Mary Youngblood and Carrie Porter (Johnny); his grandchildren, Courtney Illagan, Cassidy Cagle, Eli Porter and Briana Bell; and his great grandchild Aubrey Illagan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
