It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Forman of Jonesville, Louisiana, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. N. Forman and Velma Forman; his sister Sue Holland; and his brother-in-law Lloyd Holland. He is survived by: his wife Jan Holland Forman of Jonesville, LA; his sons, Chris Forman of Oak Grove, LA and Bryan Forman (Michelle) of Liddieville, LA.; and his grandchildren, Kaine Forman, Abby Fisher, Zack Forman and Gracie Forman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Young's Funeral Home (2313 4th St, Jonesville, LA 71343). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
