It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nell Waltman of Jonesville, Louisiana, who passed away on June 23, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Nell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Nell farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Waltman; and her daughter Patty Waltman Hughes. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Ashley (Allen) of Kingston, MS, Ginger Wiley (Joe) of Acme, LA and Eddie Waltman (Kristie) of Vidalia. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oswalt Cemetery.
