With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew Sherman of Kaplan, Louisiana, born in Abbeville, Louisiana, who passed away on July 11, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fdier Sherman and Amanda Menard; and his siblings, Aline S. Luquette, Mabel Sherman, Agnes S. Matte, John Sherman, Dalton Sherman and Wilton Sherman.
He is survived by: his wife Diana White; his daughters, Tara Louise (Neil) and Rachel Sherman; and his grandchildren, Christopher Jonah Trahan, Matthew Dylan Trahan and Angel Dawn Mouton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home (300 N Eleazar Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
