It is with sadness that the passing of Edward Allison Simon (Kaplan, Louisiana) is shared. Edward, born on October 24, 1953, passed away on July 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Simon and Wilda Mouton. He is survived by: his wife Janice Simon; his children, Lisa Stelly (Greg), Curt Trahan (Mary) and Nicole Lege (Chad); his grandchildren, Hunter, Noah, Paige, Fallon and Emma; and his siblings, Brenda Simon, Glenn Simon (Rhonda) and Annette Reed (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations can be made to the Lafayette 4-H Foundation Shooting Sports Program (http://lafayette-4-h-foundation-inc.square.site), in remembrance of Edward.
