He is survived by: his wife Betty McCanlies of Kaplan; his children, Cedric Richard (Shauna) of Kaplan and Stephanie (Mockey Terry) of Kaplan; his sister Julie White of Krugerville, TX; and his grandchildren, Gabbi Terry, Philip Terry III, Cullen Richard and Reagan Richard.
