He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rougeau and Marguerite Milton; his siblings, Francis Rougeau and Delphine Rougeau West; and his brother-in-law Johnny Scott.
He is survived by: his siblings, Beth Scott, Kenneth Richards, Dale Richards (Karen), Gwendolyn Pete (Lonnie) and Nita Jones (Steve). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vincent Funeral Home (300 N Eleazar Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery.
