She was predeceased by: her husband Dunice Lee Meaux (Meaux); her son Gary Lee Meaux; her grandson Garrett Baudoin; her parents, Claude Broussard and Effie Broussard; and her siblings, Rosa Hartman, Delta Touchet, Ella Mae Harrington, Loland, Dunice, Pervis, Alvin and Kenneth Broussard.
She is survived by: her children, Joey Meaux (Maria) of Meaux, Jerome Meaux (Gretchen) of Meaux, Wendall Meaux (Karen) of Meaux, Claudette Comeaux (Tab) of Maurice, Carla Meaux of Meaux, Donna Meaux (Angi) of Meaux, Natalie Latiolais (Chris) of Meaux and Aimee Herpin (Shay) of Meaux; her daughter-in-law Sandra Meaux of Meaux; and her brother Presley Broussard (Anna) of Meaux. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:15 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home (300 N Eleazar Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A rosary was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A procession was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 1:10 PM at the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church (600 Church Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery (600 Church Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548).
