He was predeceased by : his father Curtis Thomas Simon; his son Justin; and his grandparents, Robley, Laura D. Simon, Otis and Annice Melancon.
He is survived by : his wife Shaina H. Simon of Nunez; his children, Brooke, Mary Paige, Noah Simon and Zachary Hargrave; his mother LeeVerd Simon of Kaplan; his siblings, Tina Couvillon of Maurice, Randy Simon of Kaplan, Curtis "Cris" Simon II of Kaplan, Joey Simon of Kaplan and Kent Simon of Kaplan; and his caregiver Amy Sanchez. He is also survived by his three grandchildren; four godchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
