She is survived by: her children, Randy Simon (Jackie) of Kaplan, Curtis Thomas Simon II of Kaplan, Joey Charles Simon of Kaplan, Kent Francis Simon of Kaplan and Tina Ann Couvillon of Maurice. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
