She is survived by: her husband Lyman Vincent of Kaplan; her children, Roger Vincent (Kevin Serio) of Lafayette, Mitchel Vincent (Therese) of St. Charles, MO, Ellen V. LaPoint (Stephen) of Baton Rouge and Jennie V. LeBeau (Carl "Bubba") of Peachtree City, GA; her brother Donald Simon of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Ross Touchet, Jacob "Jake" LeBeau (Nyssa), Bret LeBeau (Joana), Hilary Touchet, Nathaniel "Nat" Vincent (Bethany) and Adam Vincent; her great grandchildren, Trevor "Trey" Touchet, Anton LeBeau, Cecile LeBeau and Marcel LeBeau; and her great great grandchild Lily Touchet.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church (600 Church Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery (600 Church Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548).
