He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lionel, Hilda Meaux, Helen L. Clark and Feray Clark; and his nephew Nicholas James Clark.
He is survived by: his son Alex Thomas Clark (Kristi) of Youngsville; his parents, Faye Clark of Lafayette and Kenneth Clark (Dawn) of Lafayette; his siblings, Ferri Ann Clark Fontenot (John) of New Iberia and Brad Clark (Kay) of New Iberia; his grandchildren, Angelle Clark, Caroline Clark and Parker Thomas; his niece Dr. Taylor Fontenot of New Orleans; his nephews, Kyle of New Iberia and Lane Clark of New Iberia; his uncle Mark Meaux (Julie) of Conway, AK; and his aunt Loretta Smith of Crowley. He is also survived by his first cousins and their children and grandchildren.
