He is survived by: his siblings, Gayle Bell (Roy) of Baton Rouge, Charles Herpin (Gwen) of Kaplan and Mae Dell Abshire (Carlton) of Kaplan; his children, Freida Lane Kermnec of Abbeville, Dora Lee Carr (Robert) of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla, Jeanne Lynn LeMaire (Kent) of Kaplan, John Lyle Herpin (Krystal) of Valdosta and Daniel Louis Herpin (Ty) of Kaplan; and his daughter-in-law Sharon Dartez (Greg) of Kaplan. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and many more extended family.
