He is survived by: his wife Christal Headrick Holmes; his children, Lamar Holmes (Kelli) and Christi Holmes Kappelman; his brother Jimmy Holmes, Sr.; his grandchildren, Cody Holmes (Tori), Lori Tyson (Kyle), Hanna Toon (Sam), Gary Kappelman and Cooper Holmes; and his great grandchildren, Sutton Holmes, Steelie Holmes, Cutter Holmes and Koleson Toon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
