He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Mann and Orene Mann; his brother David; his grandson Matthew Kenneth Fanelli; and his brother-in-law Dr. Jack Witte.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sapp; his daughter Angela Pesnell (Doug); his granddaughters, Sierra and Sheridan Pesnell; and his siblings, Roger Mann (Linda) and Joyce Foster (Kerry). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
