With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Miller Reid Sr. of Keithville, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2025 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Melvin Reid and Millie New Reid; his spouse Willie Lasyone Reid (Bingo); his children, Robert Miller Reid Jr. (Robbie), Rodney Glen Reid (Pete) and Cynthia Lynn Cleveland Reid (Cindy); and his siblings, Jimmie Ruth Reid and Freddie Clarence Reid.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, David Potter, Jason Litton, Wendy Reid, Veronica Litton, Rodney Reid and Jenny Reid; his nieces and nephews, Beth Thompson (Jessie) of Jeff Patterson, A. C, Williamson Jr. and Denise Williamson; and his friends, Ricky Nichols, Mickey Martin, David Ingram, Gladys Ingram, Gene McAdams and Bill Mackey. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
