It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Marlene Mathews of Kelly, Louisiana, who passed away on December 28, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Winters and Irene Wiggins Winters; and her siblings, Mike Winters and Connie Winters. She is survived by: her husband John Mathews; her children, Crystal Galvan (Abraham), Heath Mathews, Whitney Mathews and Brittany Stephens; her grandchildren, Cadance, Easton, Oliva, Knox, Jaxon, Brenya, Alyce and Indie; her siblings, Carolyn Sue Evans and Ricky Winters; and her father-in-law Johnny Mathews (Kim). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
