She is survived by: her children, Colleen McCarthy, Tim McCarthy (Lisa), Erin McCarthy (Bayardo), Brian McCarthy, Sr. (Pam) and Shawn McCarthy; and her siblings, Cynthia Duvieilh, Earl Guillot, Jr., Joan Guillot and Valcien Guillot. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
