She is survived by: her husband James Kilpatrick, Sr.; her children, James Kilpatrick, Jr. (Quisha) and April McCloud Guerin (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Malachi, Caleb, James III, Jaden, Jeremiah, Dwayne, Jr., Chynna (Destinee) and Daijah; and her siblings, Shirley and Gerald (Janice). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
