He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille Bourgeois Belsome; and his parents, James Louis Belsome, Sr. and Marie Elizabeth Dias Belsome. He is survived by: his siblings, Russell J. Belsome (Debra) and Suzanne B. Harmon (Bryan); and his stepsiblings, Susan Sales (Lee), Henrietta Foy, Ed Foy (Rozie) and Penny Foy (late Daniel Foy, Jr.). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
