He is survived by: his wife Mary Joel Phillips.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
