He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Brown; and his parents, Agnes Self and Johnny Brown, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Brown, III and Chastity Adams (Austin); his stepchildren, Amanda Guidry (Paul) and Keith Compton; and his siblings, Greg Brown, Sr. (Colleen), Barry Brown and Toni Jean Nadler (Neil). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
