With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Anne Frilot Richard (Kenner, Louisiana), who passed away on May 22, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Alberta Mancuso Frilot and George Harding Frilot, Sr.; and her brother Michael A. Frilot. She is survived by: her siblings, Cynthia F. Downes, George H. Frilot II (Deborah) and Sharon F. Webre. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
