He was predeceased by: his son Michael Edward Dobbins; his wife Berdine Wyble Dobbins; his parents, Ralph Dobbins and Mary Dobbins of New Orleans; and his in-laws, Leo and Lydia Wyble of Ville Platte, Louisiana..
He is survived by: his daughter Erinn Elizabeth Dobbins of New Orleans; his brother Ralph J. Dobbins (Linda) of Houston, Texas.; his cousins, Louise Dobbins Cashmere (Tom) of Covington and Mary Louise Williamson of California; and his niece Jacki Wyble of Ville Platte.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the L. A. Muhleisen & Son Funeral Home (2607 Williams Blvd, Kenner, LA 70062). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Metairie Cemetery (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124).
