He was predeceased by: his father James A. Sullivan Sr.. He is survived by: his brothers, James Jr., Daniel Sr. (Cathy) and Patrick (Carla); and his nieces, Tammy S. Cullen (Paul), Tiffany Sullivan, Christie S. Eastman Kathryn S. (FJ) and Bonnet (Ryan). He is also survived by 4 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
