She was predeceased by: her parents, Doretha Chatman and Jeff Parker; her husband Timothy Owen Packnett; her siblings, Carrie Lean "Poola" Johnson and Johnny "Notcha" Chatman; and her daughter Linda Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Muriel Packnett and Larry Parker; her brothers, Ralph and Robert Chatman; her grandchildren, Tishawn Perez, Devin Williams, Tameca Packnett, Ashley Parker, Brandon Packnett, Samantha Parker and Christopher Parker; and her great grandchildren, Mia Parker and Jaiden Perez.
