It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Lee Deist of Kenner, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Raymond Deist and Mary-Rose Deist (Buras) of Kenner. He is survived by: his wife Rita Jeannette (Wendt); his children, Anthony (Elizabeth), Philip (Donna), Michael and Melissa; and his siblings, Gerard (Wanda), Darlene (Gabe), Ricky (Donna), Daryl (Julie) and Mary (Darren). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
