He was predeceased by: his significant other Joycelyn G Hebert. He is survived by: his children, Glen D. Hebert, Gary T. Hebert (JoAnne) and Roslyn Hebert Caruso; and his grandchildren, Stacy E. Hebert, Joel T. Caruso (Alejandra) and Janna Joycelyn Caruso.
