We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2022, at the age of 83, Smitty Smith (Kenner, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reed Smith and Odessa Smith; and his brother Doug Smith (Sue). He is survived by: his wife Judy Callahan Smith; his children, Tammy, Jimmy, Kevin, Danny (Tonja), Debbie S. Matherne (Jerry) and Amy K. Smith; his grandchildren, Brandi, Dylan Monjure, Lindsey Ruiz (Jason), Connor Smith (Jaslyn), Bonnie Smith, Bailey, Kacie, Ava Smith, Blake (Mary), Dustin, Macie Matherne, Kiersten, Jordan and Calvin Smith; his great grandchildren, Daniel, Ezra Smith, Wyatt, Lydia Ruiz and Miller Matherne; Rose Wadenpfuhl (late Sterling), Joann, Jimmy, Kay, Jody and Abby. He is also survived by his niece, nephews, family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to Make a wish foundation or Wounded Warrior Project.
