It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonia Bardales Del Cid of Kenner, Louisiana, who passed away on May 10, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Delgado and Gilberto Bardales; and her sister Bertha Davila. She is survived by: her close friend Salvador Del Cid; her sons, Salvador Del Cid (Alexis) and Steve Del Cid (Ariel); her siblings, Luis Bardales (Rosemary), Marco Tulio Bardales, Maria Victoria Torres (Jorge), Manuel Delgado (Luz), Tony Bardales and Betin Bardales; her sister-in-law Lupe Bardales; and her parents-in-law, Denise and Jim Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
