He is survived by: his wife Leticia Franco (Tisha); his daughter Nicole; his sisters, Jennifer Rueb Harper, Joan Rueb Wargo (William), Janet Rueb Herbst (Duane) and Teri Rueb (late Andrew Ainslie); his mother-in-law Julie Franco; his siblings-in-law, Joe Franco (Deanne), Daniel Franco and Mandy Mason (Deena); and his siblings' children, Max, Lucy Harper, Olivia, Andrew, Sydney Wargo, Monica (Will Wilde), Stevens, Blake, Brett Herbst, Joseph David, Gabriel, Isabella, James Franco and Troy Franco.
