He is survived by: his mother Katherine Sachnik Venezia Mitchell; his daughter Adreana Gaudet; his significant other Sophia Bass; his grandmother Alba Lugo Sachnik; his brother Chris Sachnik (Carrie Sachnik); his siblings' children, Sydney and Maxwell; his sister Angela Venezia Packard Monnin; his nephews, Jacob Packard, Jr. (Shawnee) and Dylan Packard (Monica); his great-nephew Vincent Ian Packard; his niece Juliet Packard Myers (Logan); his great-nephew Carter Lee Myers; his sister Jessica Venezia Herreros (Jeff); his siblings' children, Jeffrey Herreros, Jr., Alyssa Herreros and Mason Herreros; and his siblings, Diana Venezia and Keith Venezia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
