He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Higgins (Hunter) and Wilfrid T. Higgins; and his sisters, Mildred Seeberger and Iris Bonnecarrere. He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Higgins; his brother John H. Higgins; and his sister-in-law Carol Higgins.
